Booth Guidelines: All displays must remain inside the booth. Keep one foot clear on each side of the table for aisle access. Placement is assigned by the organizer. Early-bird pricing requires acceptance, signed agreement and payment by November 15.
• One assigned 10-foot-wide by 8-foot-deep booth.
• One table and two chairs.
• Website exhibitor listing with logo, business name, category, short description and website link.
• Logo in five shared Facebook exhibitor promotional posts.
• Business name, category, website and booth number in the event directory.
• Contact details for attendees who explicitly opt in to sharing them with exhibitors, delivered within seven days after the event.
• Event graphic and registration link to share.
Optional Add-Ons
Add any of the follwing options to your standard exhibitor booth.
Electrical Access — Add $50
• Power for approved display equipment. • Subject to venue capacity and booth placement. • Equipment and power requirements must be submitted prior to the show. • Price is provisional until final venue confirmation.
Goodie-Bag Placement — Add $50
• One approved promotional insert or item in each attendee bag. • Exhibitor supplies all promotional materials. • Organizer assembles the official attendee bags. • Quantity and delivery deadline confirmed before acceptance.
Presenter — Add $100
• One approved 20-minute educational presentation or demonstration in Tara North. • Session listing featured in the official event program. • One dedicated Facebook session announcement. • Maximum four presenters; topic and equipment needs require approval.
Sponsor Upgrade — Add $450
• Everything in the Standard Booth remains included. • Goodie-bag placement included (separate goodie-bag fee is waived). • Prominent website sponsor listing with logo and direct web link.
• One dedicated Facebook sponsor spotlight post. • Logo displayed on the shared entrance recognition display. • Verbal acknowledgment during stage announcements. • Maximum two sponsors. Note: Does not include electricity or a presentation slot.
